Courses
With many routes to achieving success in English, choosing the right course and exam is an important decision to take. Below are introductions to the many courses offered by ISE which can help students achieve academic and professional goals.
Classes are from 9:15am to 12:30am (morning slot), 1:30pm to 4:45pm (afternoon slot) and 6:00pm to 9:15pm (evening slot).
Class times include a 15-minute break, to be taken at the discretion of the teacher.
Courses start on any Monday, although students preparing for IELTS and FCE Examination courses are advised to start at least 12 weeks before their desired exam date.

Apply NowGeneral English classes are designed for students of all levels who wish to study English intensively and make recognised progress in speaking, reading, writing, listening and grammar. Our administrators test all students on arrival to find the appropriate level, with overall responsibility for student levels falling under the Director of Studies.

The General English classes are part of our teacher training programmes, for trainee teachers to practise teaching. They can be a useful and enjoyable way to learn even more English while you are here.
