Study English in Brighton to improve English Fluency and Language Confidence

Our General English Course in Brighton is the most popular choice for students wanting to improve their English. Classes are designed for students of all levels who wish to study English and make recognised progress in speaking, reading, writing, listening and grammar. We test all students on arrival to find the correct language level.

Our General English Course helps build your confidence and improve your fluency in English. You can study from 2 weeks or more with various course options.

	- 15 hours (20 lessons) per week Every weekday morning from 09:30 - 12:30
	- 15 hours (20 lessons) + 5 hours 1-to-1 per week Every weekday morning from 09:30 - 12:30 plus 5 hours private class 13:30 - 14:30 each afternoon
	- 21 hours (24 lessons) per week Every weekday morning from 09:30 - 12:30 plus 6 hours afternoon / evening classes.

You can start your General English course on any Monday and in case you are already in Brighton please visit our city centre school at 2 The Drive and we will give you a test and let you try a class to meet the teacher and other students. The school is located 15 minutes walk from Churchill Square or 1 minute walk from Hove Town Hall. In case students need a host family, we offer a variety of accommodation options. 

We welcome students of all levels and we always run beginner classes and are happy to accept students who have no experience or zero level of English.

At Intensive School of English - ISE Hove language school we offer classes all year round at six different levels: students learn at 2 The Drive or 87 Church Road, according to their level. All students are tested on or before arrival by qualified ISE staff. General English students may also add Cambridge exam classes, intensive English classes, language skills or private additional lessons.
